Hello there! Thank you for joining my E-Course! Please take some time to read through the following paragraphs so you are aware of how this E-Course will operate.

You will continue to refer back to this very page weekly, but don’t worry, I’ll send you a link to this page each week during our time together so you don’t have to go searching for it.

This ECourse is 4 weeks long, plus preparation. Starting today is your week of preparation and setting an intention. Monday 1/13 will mark your “week 1”. At the bottom of this page you’ll find a link guiding you in how to prepare. Begin there.

Below you’ll also find links to each week’s content but won’t be viewable until their specific week.

Every Monday, from now until February 3rd, you’ll receive a text from me giving you the go ahead to continue to the next week’s content along with encouragement. In our text thread you can ask me questions throughout the ecourse. The text isn’t seen by anyone else but me and remains private and confidential. Please use it to your advantage, I am there to help and guide the entire time.

The speed you move through eaach week’s content should be a speed you are comfortable with. Pause and reflect as often as needed. Listen to your body and mind. Know you have permission to go your own speed and refer back to each week’s content as needed.

At the end of our 4 weeks, content will stay available for 30 days. Most importantly, stay intentional. You will see change and have “ah ha” moments when you put in the work…whatever pace that may be.

BEGINNING ON 1/6 (today): You will receive a text asking you to click the “preparation link” so you can read through the instructions, listen to the audio, and are ready to go for week 1 on Monday 1/13.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Each week’s content contains a short reading portion, a 15-20 minute audio clip (think of it as a podcast), and a growth challenge. Week 1 will walk you through the release process, Week 2 & 3 we’ll shift into rest, and we will end Week 4 reconnecting our body, mind, and spirit.

On Wednesdays I check in with you via text. I encourage you to use that time to ask questions, send an audio voice message, and sort through whatever is taking up space inside of you, whether it is positive or negative. I will be present and there to listen and guide. Know that I am a mom and wife, so if I do not answer your reply promptly, I will as soon as I can or when I am in the right space to give you my full attention.
