Truth VS Lies

Truth VS Lies

Let’s take a quick break from emotional health & put on our physical & spiritual health pants. Or maybe that’s a whole outfit in itself . A friend shared the info below on fb, which had me thinking about “real vs fake” within our physical/emotional/mental/spiritual health. We live in a culture that often confuses fake with real - in so many ways - and it can affect every area of our health!!

Truth is, we often compare ourselves to “fake” because we “think” it’s real & we consume “fake” as a part of our physical (or mental) diet. Fake isn’t nutritional nor does it bring life or truth to the body.

Considering our foods: Sunny D looks & tastes similar to OJ but is definitely NOT fresh OJ. The decorative fruit on your table doesn’t smell & taste like the real deal. We KNOW these things, but sometimes marketing makes it confusing. What’s good for us & what’s not?

God’s vision is for our body to be whole. That’s our original design. While we are living, we will be faced with “real vs fake” options in every area of our health! Yet truth is truth. When we align ourself with His vision & do more than just “knowing”, the “doing” will take us to new heights. Aligning with his vision is the first step to becoming whole & is the best step to recognize “real vs fake” - for every area of our health. And this is also my vision for you when your sitting in my office on my orange couch or across from me via zoom…To help you know, hear, believe truth + take your authority back over your WHOLE health.

Jeremiah 30:17 | Mark 9:3 | Psalms 41:3

“The QUALITY of a product can be vastly different, which changes everything. I think most people just don’t realize HOW good you can really feel. You don’t HAVE to put up with all of those things that you do. Little changes can make HUGE impacts.

Do you know the difference?

I love the benefits of baking soda for natural and preventative health remedies but also for cleaning my bathroom and kitchen. When I ingest baking soda for my health or use for my teeth and baths, etc., I always use the natural form (Bob’s or Frontier). When I clean my home, I use the synthetic form (Arm & Hammer).

Here’s the difference:

A brand like Bob’s Red Mill or Frontier are natural brands of baking soda. They are mined directly from the ground in its natural sodium bicarbonate state (also known as nahcolite). In fact, both brands are mined here in the US. There are no chemical reactions, nothing added or tweaked. It’s just pure sodium bicarbonate, the way the earth made it.

On the other hand, Arm & Hammer baking soda uses a chemical reaction process through which trona ore is mined, then heated until it turns into soda ash. Then the soda ash is treated with carbon dioxide, and it becomes baking soda. I like to say one is natural from the Earth and one is synthetic made in a lab. Additionally, Arm & Hammer adds Dementia & Alzheimer’s causing aluminum to their product.

Know the difference and use accordingly.”
