If it feels right and not stressful to dig a bit deeper with the two emotions you’ve selected, use the prompts below. If it feels overwhelming just thinking about it, and you feel your body respond with tension, click out of this page! :-) There is no push to follow these prompts, but they’re here if it feels right. If that’s you, grab your journal and work through the following:

  • In regards to the positive emotion listed under the negative emotion you’ve selected, when you experience the positive emotion do you feel like you are being authentically you? 

  • What are you doing when you feel the positive emotion?

  • When is the last time/specific event you have felt the positive emotion?

  • What can you do during your refreshment appointment with yourself that will offer the energy of the positive emotions?
