I am truly thrilled for our time together! “Release, Rest, Reconnect” was born out of my own need to release what no longer serves me, to rest when life continued to pull me into busy, and to reconnect with my mind, body, and spirit. Know that the content and intention of this E-course is meant to give you tools to continue to use in your every day life. Tools that will help you “check in” with your self when you feel stressed. This E-Course isn’t meant to “heal” you, but to empower you to dig & understand the root of your negative patterns while finding what soothes & comforts you. My desire for you is to end our 4 weeks together feeling confident and connected to WHO you are, what you need, and WHO he has designed you to be!

During our 4 weeks, allow yourself to “go there”, wherever “there” may be. I encourage you to open up in ways you have never before and receive the blessing that will come your way for putting in the work. There may be times when discouragement, hard, and overwhelm creeps in. Know it’s okay to feel those things. Our time together isn’t about becoming immune to negativity, but learning how to move through it in healthier ways while learning to self regulate your nervous system. Nature operates in an intricate and intuitive eb and flow, as do we…which we will practice together. Your eb and flow is normal even when it feels uncomfortable.

If it feels right to you, grab a notebook or journal specific for the next 4 weeks. Journaling could look like drawing, doodling, jotting down words, complete sentences, run on sentences, paragraphs, a bunch of words slammed together without structure…know that you get to define what journaling looks like.

Each week will look a lot like this page: A text sent to you with a link leading to a page containing: that week’s content & intention, an audio clip, and a growth challenge.

Keep an open mind, open heart, flexible spirit during the next 4 weeks. If you aren’t sure how to do that, it’s okay. I’ve been there. If you are coming to the table feeling exhausted, confused, overwhelmed, lost, broken, stuck, or something else heavy…welcome. You are in the right place.

My hope is after the next 4 weeks together, you walk away feeling lighter, energized, grounded, capable, soothed, full of wander, rested, and confidently equipped for a lifetime of embracing your personal eb and flow. Our 4 weeks together will be a time of good work, but hard work, for the mind, body, and spirit.

I am looking forward to witnessing the positive shift you’ll be moving into. Healing is yours, and it is time to claim it over your whole self.
